Refunds and Exchanges

In Euphoria , All orders are FINAL. Each abaya is made to order with your selected size and length for a perfect fit and sustainability. No refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our part in size, length, or style.

 

Exceptions:

•If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, send photos for review. Every piece undergoes a three-step quality check before shipping.

•If an exchange is approved due to an error on our side, shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

•We do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind. Any concerns must be raised within 1 day of delivery.

 

Once an order is confirmed, we are not obligated to accept requests for alterations or exchanges.
